How long does it take for orders to ship & deliver?

Your can get your order usually within 5-8 business days after placement. Please note: Extreme weather or customs processing may extend delivery up to 15 days. We're tracking every package - feel free to reach out if you need assistance!

Where do you ship from?

We're an American company, and we ship from the USA. We can ship to the US mainland only. 

Do you offer free shipping?

Yes. We offer free shipping for orders over US$29. 

What are your shipping options? Is there expedited shipping?

We usually use USPS (https://www.usps.com/) and  GOFO Express (https://www.gofoexpress.com/) for shipping.
